Victims of violent crimes need urgent, accurate, and sensitive support services in recovery—without having to retell their traumatic situation to multiple departments in government.
Quartech designed, developed, configured, tested, and delivered a streamlined integrated solution linking five separate government units and multiple databases to seamlessly provide integrated payments, appointment scheduling, case management, and information sharing with other Departments and Ministries.
The highly secure solution had to respect victim privacy requirements. Quartech built the solution using OpenShift, Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premise, BC Services Card, Financials, SharePoint, and Power BI. DevOps was used for iterative rapid releases on this large multi-year, multi-stakeholder Agile Scrum project.
