Keeping the streets of BC safer meant issuing traffic violations more efficiently—and ensuring drivers are fit to drive.
Quartech was asked to develop and support the Road Safety Initiative, a multi-year project that transformed the traffic violation ticket process in BC. The project involved multiple external stakeholders including the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, Policing, Court Services and Ministry of Finance.
Quartech was also asked to develop a Driver Fitness System. This system tracks when drivers need to undergo medical assessments and re-certification to ensure they are fit to drive.
