Developed a custom broker solution that takes advantage of the power and scalability of the Microsoft Service Bus. This customized broker includes an event tracking portal hosted in a hybrid Azure cloud and on-premises. Provided services that integrate current and future case management systems (CMS). Conducted an in-depth analysis and developed a road map for consolidating five civil case management systems.
