Designed, developed, and implemented one of the nation’s first Officer Early Intervention Systems (EIS) called TEAMS. This work included analyzing and documenting the LAPD business process and designing business workflows, data models, and system architecture. Custom development of the entire TEAMS II application involved providing upgrades and enhancements to address recommended changes to the statistical data model/analytics engine, supporting updates to LAPD’s hardware and software infrastructure, and providing the LAPD with new features, functions, and flexibility to support the department’s Constitutional Policing and Professional Accountability initiatives.
