The BC Ministry of Health needed to deliver a production-ready electronic COVID Vaccine Passport solution in just two weeks.
Quartech designed, developed, and implemented the HealthGateway app. Developed as an open source solution, the app offers a secure, convenient, password-free user experience. In partnership with the Provincial Health Services Authority, Quartech leveraged the HealthGateway app to deliver a system capable of processing 80 transactions per second and downloading 1,000,000 electronic COVID Vaccine Passports daily to BC residents.
